摘要
DSM是一项涉及政府、电力企业、节能产品制造商和用户的系统工程。本文以南通市为例 ,从城市实施DSM项目的可行性及市场潜力等方面作了研究和探索 ,提出了现行电力管理体制下市级部门实施DSM的工作设想 。
DSM is a system engineering which involves government, power enterprise, energy saving product manufacturers and users. Based on the reality of Nantong city, the paper makes some research and analysis of the necessity, possibility and the potential market of carrying out the DSM engineering, and presents the working methods of city government carrying out the DSM engineering under the present power administration system, and it will provide great guiding help and research for carrying out the DSM engineering in Nantong city in the future.
