摘要
河台金矿高村竖井的延深,要求原井筒中罐梁罐道与延深井筒中预安的罐梁罐道之间的对接偏差不大于20mm.采用闭合导线及支导线相结合的测量方案.精度分析分三项:导线闭合差的大小;导线闭合点的点位误差;支导线终点(近井点)相对于导线闭合点的误差.综合考虑此三项误差的影响,则支导线终点的点位误差为14.8mm,可满足竖井贯通对测量精度的要求.本延深工程测量可视为一独立坐标系的测量,导线的边长改正值小于贯通容许偏差的1/5,可不作边长改化.竖井贯通后经实测,罐梁罐道的对接偏差为10.0mm,达到了预期目的.
It is required that the joining deviation between the cage beam/guide in the existing shaft and that in the depth-extended shaft must be less than 20 mm. A closed guide line coupled with a branch one is employed for the measurement, usually with three errors being taken into consideration: the closing error of the guide line, the location error of the closed guide line at its closing point, and the error of the branch guide line end (near the shaft) with respect to the closing point of the closed guide line. A location deviation of 14.8 mm can be obtained for the branch guide line end. thus meeting the requirement for interpenetration of a vertical shaft, if the above three errors are taken into account. This depth-extension measurement can be regarded as a measurement within an independent reference coordinate with the side length revision of the guide line less than one fifth of the allowable interpenetration error, so that no real side length revision is needed. Measurements done after interpenetration of the shaft showed that the joining deviation of the cage beam/guide was10 mm, thus well meeting the requirement for the shaft interpenetration.
