卵巢交界性肿瘤的病理诊断标准一直存在不同意见,病人往往接受了过度的手术和化疗。本文介绍了最新的WHO病理诊断标准以及保守手术和辅助化疗的进展。
Histopathologic diagnosis standard were not consolidated for a long time, patients often received over therapy of surgery and chemotherapy. In this paper, the new WHO diagnosis standard and conservative surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy are described.
