摘要
主要针对冲压套圈滚针离合器轴承中 ,与套圈配对的滚针和轴的设计问题 ,在不改变套圈几何尺寸的条件下 ,从理论上分析了滚针和轴半径的变化对滚针离合器轴承锁紧面摩擦角的影响 ,并用计算机进行数值分析及优化 ,得出不同轴半径下所能得到的最大摩擦角设计值及对应的滚针半径。
This paper investigates the design of the shaft and the needle rollers conformed to the punched outer housing in the needle roller clutch bearing.The relations are analyzed between the radius of the shaft and the needle roller and the friction angle in the locked face under invariable housing shape.In the end,The maximum friction angle fitted to the different radiu of shaft and the needle roller is obtained by computer numerical analysis and optimizing design.
