对我国第一部清洁生产法规——《太原市清洁生产条例》,从立法的必要性、清洁生产的内涵、自愿与强制性行为、企业清洁生产管理机制、法律关系主体进行了分析 ,并对《条例》
The Cleaner Production Regulations of Taiyuan City,the first one in China,is analyzed in the light of the necessity of cleaner production legislation,the implication of cleaner production, voluntary action and compulsory action,main bodies of legal relationship,and the management mechanism of implementing cleaner production in enterprises.The implementation of the regulations is discussed.
