摘要
在调查研究的基础上 ,针对目前我国各地环境保护投资机构这一新生金融组织 ,在组建、经营和管理中存在的主要问题 ,结合我国环保法律法规和现行经济金融方针、政策 ,从环保投资的机构形式、资金来源。
Based on the investigations,the paper points at the main present problems of the new financial organization of Environmental Protection Investment Companies (EPIC)throughout the country at present during the course of establishment,operation and management,combines with the environmental protection law and regulation in china and current policies of economy and finance,and then advances the relative countermeasures and suggestions from the organization form,sources of fund,management tactic and direction of development of EPIC\^
