摘要
目的 :初步探讨柔道运动员的体型特点。方法 :Heath -Cacter体型法。结果 :内蒙古地区柔道运动员男性体型均值为 2 .5 - 5 .5 - 1.8,属偏内胚层体型的中胚层体型 ;女性体型均值为 3.4- 4.2 - 1.8,也属偏内胚层体型的中胚层体型。结论 :柔道运动员的体型与非运动员相比明显粗壮结实 ,比较接近外国优秀柔道运动员的体型。
Objective:To study somatic characteristics of judoists.Methods:A total of 42 judoists was examined by Heath-Carter somatotyping method.Results:Mean somatotypes of males was endo-mesomorphy category(2.5-5.5-1.8),so was that of females(3.4-4.2-1.8).Conclusion:Somatotypes of judoists showed stronger and sturdier than nonathletes,but similar to foreign top judoists.
