摘要
本文以普通小麦中国春为对照,对(节节麦)中国春、(卵圆山羊草)中国春和(无芒山羊草)中国春3种同核异质杂种小麦的核型进行了分析比较,结果表明:它们的核型都与对照的一致,其核型公式均为2n=6x=42=36m+6sm,均属1A核型,从而证明了异源细胞质对普通小麦核型无明显影响。
In the present paper, taking T.aestivum cv. Chinese Spring (CS) as a control, we have analysed and compared the karyotypes of three stable nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrids: (squarrosa)CS, (ovata)CS and(mutca) CS. The results show that their karyotypes are the same as control. Their karyotype formulae are 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm, belonging to '1A' type of karyotype. This result proves that the karyotypes of common wheat are not evidently affected by the alien cytoplasms.
