摘要
辅导员工作是高职教育工作中的重要组成部分 ,结合高职教育特点 ,加强辅导员工作 。
The counsellor work is the important part of the higher vocational education works.This paper combines the character of the higher vocational education,discusses how to strengthen counsellor work,so that counsellors become the eligible person with ability on the altitude vocational education.
