摘要
本文通过对西部交通人才教育中培养创新与实践的能力的认识 ,分析了西部交通人才创新与实践能力的素质构型 ,指出了当前西部交通人才教育中存在的问题 ,围绕创新与实践能力的培养 ,提出了培养西部交通人才创新与实践能力的对策思考 ,这对于西部开发具有积极的意义。
By the view of developing the innovative and practical aptitude in the education of hte communicational talents in west China, this passage analyses the qualitative configuration of innovation and practice about the western talents of communication, and points out the problems in the education of the communicational talents in west China. Around the developement of innovation and practice, it puts forward the countermeasurable thoughts of developing the innovative and practical aptitude of communicational talents in west, and will produce the prositive significances to the western developement.
