摘要
聚合物驱含油污水具有粘度大、油珠粒径小的特性 ,处理难度比水驱含油污水大得多。通过现场试验改进了水力旋流器的结构 ,并优化了操作参数 ,使其更适合处理聚合物驱含油污水。现场工艺试验表明 ,含油量小于 2 0 0 0mg/L的来水 ,经水力旋流器处理后 ,含油量降为 15 3mg/L以下 。
The treatment of oil bearing sewage of polymer flooding is more difficult than the treatment of oil bearing sewage of conventional water flooding,because the viscosity of oil bearing sewage of polymer flooding is high and the oil droplets are smaller. The structures of hydrocyclone are ameliorated and the operating parameters are optimized through experiments in situ. The optimized hydrocyclone is suitable for treating the sewage of polymer flooding. And, the experimental results show that when the initial oil content is under 2 000 mg/L,the oil content of oil bearing sewage treated by the hydrocyclone is under 153 mg/L,and the final water quality after filtration reaches the standard of middle saturated stratum of injected water.
