摘要
考察了Fe/AC脱硫剂的煅烧温度和载铁量对脱硫活性的影响 ,并对脱硫剂进行了X 射线衍射 (XRD)和EXAFS表征 ,结果表明 :经 2 5 0℃煅烧的Fe/AC脱硫剂具有最高的脱硫活性 ,2 0 0℃煅烧 ,前驱体未完全分解 ,高于 2 5 0℃煅烧 ,会使活性组分聚集 ,二者均导致脱硫活性降低 .Fe/AC脱硫剂适宜的载铁量为 3 5— 1 4 % ,大于1 4 %担载量使脱硫剂微孔堵塞严重 ,致使其脱硫活性下降 .
Activated coke,prepared from a commerical semicoke through stream activation,was used to prepare Fe/AC desulphurizers by impregnating with Fe(NO 3) 3·9H 2O,followed by drying and calcination.Effects of calcination temperature and Fe loading on sulfur removal properties were investigated.EXAFS and XRD were used to characterize the Fe/AC.Results showed that the desulphu- rizers calcinated at 250℃ was most active.Calcination temperature of 200℃ may be too low to allow complete decomposition of the impregnated Fe(NO 3) 3.Calcination at higher than 250℃ may result in Fe compounds aggregation.These decreased the desulphurization activity.The Fe loadings of greater than 14% showed low desulphurization activity due to blockage of miropores.
