摘要
公司并购活动日益广泛。以专利为主包括具有所有权的技术信息的知识产权在公司中的价值不断攀升。有关生物医药公司的并购和投资活动日益增多。为了减少风险 ,提高投资效益 ,并购和投资前应该对有关的知识产权进行详细、周密的调查。本文以生物医药技术专利为例 。
Merger&Acquisition is increasingly prevailing. The intellectual property concerned mainly of the patent,including the propriety information is gradually taking a vital role in the company's assets. Merger&acquisition and investment in biopharmaceutical companies are also increasingly hot. It is necessary to perform detailed and well structured investigations on related intellectual property to reduce the risk and elevate the value of investments. The items and methods for this are illuminated in this paper,mostly based on the cases concerning biotechnology.
