摘要
中国目前的技术水平与发达国家有较大的差距,其发展状况也不理想,从技术与社会的关系上看,是由于一系列不利性社会制约造成的,分析这些不利性社会制约,有助于我们克服用“技术决定论”的思路去抓技术,将技术放到一定的社会环境和条件中去认识,从而通过发展社会去发展我们的技术。
Recently there is a big gap in technology between China and developed countries;moreover,the situation of technological development in China is not ideal.From the perspective of technological and social relations,such condition is caused by a series of disadvantageous social constraints.An analysis of these social constraints will help us to overcome the thought of″technological determinism″;thus we can recognize technology in a certain social environment and circumstances,and develop our technology through the development our society.
