摘要
试图对当前中国政府在海外投资中的角色进行定位。首先论述了中国对外投资的发展现状,以及在发展的进程中所表现出的政府职能的不足。在此基础上,了解并借鉴发达国家政府在对外投资中所起的作用,着重分析了中国政府应发挥的职能作用及政府的角色定位。认为中国政府的角色应定位在投资促进、投资保护和必要的投资管制上。
This article is composed to evaluate the role of the Chinese government in the process of overseas investment.At the beginning,it describes the current situation of China's overseas investment and the defects of governmental function in its development.On the basis of which,the role of the governments in those developed countries is studied and used for reference.The article emphasizes the analysis of the function and position of the Chinese government.It holds such opinion that the Chinese government should take its advantages on the respects of investment promoting,investment protection and investment control.
