摘要
为了适应无梭织机高速度、高质量、高性能的发展要求,自20世纪80年代起,国内外浆纱机在电子计算机技术、变频调速技术、传感技术、液压技术、气动加压技术与浆纱工艺技术的结合下,取得了很大进步。现代化的浆纱机具有自动监控水平高、产品质量高、生产效率高、速度高的特点,尤其在高压上浆技术、分段张力控制技术、多单元传动技术、浆前预加湿技术以及电子计算机监控技术等方面的进步最为显著。
To keep pace with the development trend of shuttle-less loomstowards high speed, high quality and high performance, sizingmachines made both at home and abroad have been constantlyupdated since the l980s by introducing associated technologiesavailable in the period, such as computer technology, frequencyinverter variable speed technology, sensor technology, hydraulictechnology, pneumatic weighing technology and new sizingtechnology. Modern sizing machines boast the features of high-level automatic control, high product quality, high productivityand high speed. The progress in high-pressure sizing technology,sectional tension control technology, individual drivingtechnology, pre-wetting technology and computer-based controltechnology is more remarkable.
