摘要
研究了Al2 O3 /SiC/(W ,Ti)C新型陶瓷刀具材料在切削铸铁时的耐磨性能。结果表明 :在低速切削铸铁时 ,该陶瓷刀具表现出良好的耐磨性能 ,其磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损 ;在高速切削铸铁时 ,由于化学反应和溶解磨损的共同作用 ,导致粘结磨损加剧 。
s: Anti_abrasion performance of a new Al 2O 3/SiC/(W,Ti)C ceramic tool material when cutting cast iron is researched. The results indicate: when cutting cast iron at a low speed, the ceramic tool shows a good anti_abrasion performance, and the wear mechanism is mainly in grinding grain; when cutting cast iron at high speed, with common function of chemical reaction and melting abrasion, the adhesion abrasion is increased, hence the anti_abrasion performance of the ceramic tool material is reduced.
