摘要
通过分析总结我国近二十年来实施运行MRPII/ERP系统的经验教训,从企业自身的角度出发,提出了一个企业实施MRPII/ERP系统应遵循的理论模型,旨在探索思考我国企业实施、应用、推广MRPII/ERP系统,逐步实现管理现代化的可行之路。
The paper puts forward a theoretical model which every enterprise that wants to utilize MRPⅡ/ERP system should conform to.The aim is to explore and spectacle on a practicable way for chinese enterprises to carry on,apply and popularize MRPⅡ/ERP system,and realize management modernization gradually.
