摘要
本文分析了定位误差传统计算方法的不足,并基于定位误差的定义,从分析工序基准变化区域出发,推导了以最优化理论为基础的解析计算方法,论述了一批工件在夹具中定位时的“两个极端位置”并非等同于“两个极限尺寸位置”,以及对“加工尺寸要求方向”的合理处理。
This paper analyzes the insufficiency of the traditional method of calculating positional errors and, in terms of analysis of varying area of process datum, according to the definition of positional errors, derives the analytic calculating method on the basis of optimization theory. It is described that when a number of workpieces are positioned in clamp, 'two extreme positiongs' are not equal to 'two limit dimension positions' and that 'demandable direction of machining dimension' is dealt with reasonably. This method is thought to be reliable and effective in calculating positional errors.
