摘要
本文以B&WL35型柴油机凸轮为对象,通过控制凸轮磨床头架轴,获得不同的转速规律,现场磨削后测量凸轮升程结果表明,等磨除率转速规律和等切向进给速度转速规律都比传统的等角速转速效果好,而且等磨除率规律所磨凸轮精度更高,粗糙度值更小,该结果对B&W系列大型低速柴油机凸轮国产化有一定参考价值。
Different rotational speed rules are obtained by controlling the head stock spindle of the cam grinding machine. Measurement of the ground cam lift shows that the laws of revolution of the equal stock removal rate and the laws of the equal tangential feed velocity are more efficient than the conventional grinding method. And the cam is more precise and less rough.
