摘要
本文从历史的角度 ,分析了美国双语教育的几个计划 ,并从地球村的角度阐述当今汉英教育的现状及其重要性。
This article provides an overview of bilingual education in the United States, including an introduction of different ESL and bilingual programs. The author analyzed and commented on the current status of Asian/English bilingual education and importance of being bilingual in a global village.
