摘要
本文从计划经济条件下高等教育系统的运行机制和政府行为出发 ,说明我国的高等教育系统在体制转型时期为适应社会主义市场经济的确立和发展 ,所经历的一系列改革 ,展望了社会主义市场经济条件下高等教育系统的运行机制 ,讨论了劳动力市场和高等教育市场的形成 。
After analyzing the running system and government behavior under the condition of planned economy, this paper describes a series of higher education reform during the period of institutional transition, prospects the running system of higher education under the condition of socialistic market oriented economy, discusses the formation of labor market and higher education market, and finally argues about the necessity and primary instruments to implement government macro control under the condition of socialistic market oriented economy.
