摘要
铝电解电容器的生产在中国已形成重要方面军。研究队伍壮大、关键技术取得重要进展。笔者介绍上世纪90年代后期我国在工作电解液方面的进展,包括工作电解液研究方法、含水体系工作电解液、非水体系电解液、超高压工作电解液、适应表面贴装要求电解液、电解液生产工艺和新材料。
Reviewed is the development of working electrolyte late in 1990抯 in China, including the research approaches, aqueous working electrolyte, non-aqueous working electrolyte, working electrolyte for extra-high voltage and SMD applications, manufacture technologies and new material.
