摘要
“专业发展学校” (ProfessionalDevelopmentSchool)的建立是美国教师教育改革的新举措。它对于学校的改组、教师教育改革和教学的改善将发挥关键性作用。在简要分析专业发展学校及其兴起的背景的基础上 ,阐明了这一实践理念对我国教师教育的启示和借鉴意义。
The establishment of professional development school is a new act of the reform on teacher education in America, which will play the key role on the reorganization of school, the reform on teacher education and the improvement of teaching. The paper analyzes professional development school and the background of its rising, and expounds the enlightenment for teacher education in our country.
