摘要
回顾教师专业化三十年的历史 ,探讨教师职业能否成为一个专业 ,以及教师专业化的障碍 ,从而揭示了未来教师专业化发展的可能趋势 :即改变“物质型”的教师管理方式 ,更加关注教师的专业自主与士气、动机 ,教师的专业地位日益提升等。
According to the history of teachers' professionalization in the past of 30 years, the paper analyzes two questions: if the occupation of teacher can become a profession; the obstacle of teachers' professionalization, and reveals the trend of teachers' professinalization:changing the way of management of 'substancial type' for teachers, paying more attention to teachers' sovereignty on teaching, the spirits in working and their intention, the promotion of the professional status of teachers.
