摘要
本文首次提出房地产价格模糊数学模型,建立一套计算公式,开创了房地产价格评估的一条新途径。
The real estate price plays a balance role in the economy of real estate, but lacks a strict calculation method at present. This paper, for the first time, presents a fuzzy mathematic model of real estate price. A set of calculation formulas and a new approach for estimation of the real estate price are developed.
