摘要
本文针对南水北调东线一期工程送水过黄河,满足多地区、多用户、多供水保证率要求,串、并混联复杂系统的特点,建立了以自优化模拟技术为主体的混合模拟规划模型。
Aimed at the characteristic of the east-first period engineering of south water to north,which is a complicated water resources system of requiring to deliver water over the Huanghe River and to satisfy the different offering-water guarantee rates in the different localities for the different users and of containing series-parallel mixed connection, this paper sets up a new mixed simulation program model mainly composed of the self-optimization simulation technique.
