回路电阻测试仪的研制

摘要 回路电阻测试仪基于四端子伏安法原理,是用来测量微欧级电阻的数字式仪器。本文叙述了它的工作原理与构成,探讨了研制过程中遇到的几个问题,诸如谐波干扰对测量精度的影响问题,开路状态下出现过电流的原因等等。并提出了解决这些问题的方法。 The circuit resistance instrument is based on the voltage drop-current principle with four terminals and used for measuring resistance in microohms level with digital display The operating principle and constitution of this instrument are discussed and some problems, met with in the. course of research are cousidered. For example, how does the harmonic interference reflect on measured precision and why does the overcurrent appear in openning circuit State ete. Some ways for solving these problems are mentioned.
