俄罗斯普京总统于 2 0 0 0年 4月签发了《联邦教育发展纲要》。根据其中所反映的信息 ,考察俄罗斯教育发展的新态势———一般状况与现存问题 ,可以供我国教育同仁参考。
According to The Outline of Educational Development in Russian Union signed and issued by President Putin, the paper reveals the new developmental situation of Russian education, including the present situation and problems, which can be used for reference for our educational colleagues.
