摘要
从全球地震灾害的回顾及主要特点着手分析 ,阐明了城市防震减灾工作是不容忽视的 ,特别是我国许多城市处在地震易发多发地带 ,一旦地震发生 ,对城镇造成的人员伤亡及财产损失极为严重。最后 ,针对防震减灾对策进行了探讨。
Seismic disasters and their characteristics in the world are analysed in this paper.It shows that it is important to prevent urban seismic disasters,especially in many cities in China.And the countermeasures against earthquakes are also discussed in the paper.
