摘要
目的 提取测定沙枣鞣质。方法 运用超声技术提取沙枣中的鞣质 ,用络合滴定法测定其含量。结果 沙枣鞣质的平均含量为 7.73%。结论 结果表明该法操作简便 ,分析速度快 。
Objective To extract and determine tannin in Elaeagnus angustifolia L.Methods Tannin was extracted by the ultrasonic technology and content of tannin was determined by the method of complex titration.Results The average content of tannin was 7.73%.Conclusion The result showed that ultrasonic technology was simple,rapid. And the content was accurate.
