摘要
研究了铌、氮、铈对耐热钢的力学性能、热疲劳性能和抗氧化性能的影响 ,并对裂纹的扩展进行了系统分析。结果表明 :含有少量铌、氮、铈的ZG2Cr2 5Ni2 0耐热钢在 2 0℃ 90 0℃循环条件下 ,裂纹扩展速率明显降低。
The effect of niobium, nitrogen and cerium element s on the tensile, heat fatigue and oxidation resistance properties of heat resistance steels were studied and the crack growth in steel were analyzed syste matically. The results showed that as a small amount of Nb, N and Ce elements ex isted in heat resistance steel ZG2Cr25Ni20, the crack growth rate in 20 ℃ 900 ℃ heat cycle decreased obviously.
