摘要
从宝钢现有转炉氧气喷枪的技术参数计算了多孔集束流的速度衰减规律并分析其喷射特性 ,表明集束流对熔池产生极大的冲击深度和反应接触面积 。
Based on the technology parameters of oxygen lance for present converter at Baosteel, the attenuation regulation rate of multi\|hole coherent jet is calculated and its ejecting characteristics are analyzed in this paper. It is indicated that the very large impact depth and reaction interface in metal bath are produced by the coherent jet, to attain better decarbonization condition and slag forming effect than that of normal free jet.
