It is available to dearsenify by vapourization during vacuum treatment of liquid steel.The dearsenication process can be divided into three stages \| the arsenic mass transmission of interior liquid steel,the arsenic vapourization at surface of liquid steel and the arsenic mass transmission in gas phase. The vapourization velocity of arsenic shall be increased with enhancing the mass transmission of interior liquid steel, increasing the surface area of liquid steel \| gas phase and raising the vacuum treatment temperature of liquid steel.
