摘要
以 2 0 Mn Si钢为研究对象 ,采用预热闪光焊接模拟高温状态下的坯料焊接 ,焊后轧制使用 30 0轧机。通过轧制实验研究了延伸系数对轧件焊接部位的强度、塑性、韧性的影响。结果表明 ,合理的焊接工艺和足够的焊后轧制变形能够使焊接部位的组织性能与基体相近 。
The weld is required to have similar properties as the matrix of the bar and wire produced by endless rolling process The welding of 20MnSi steel was simulated with UN 100 preheat flash welding machine,the rolling experiments was carried out on φ300 mill,the influence of elongation coefficient on the structure,plasticity and toughness of the weld was studied.The rational welding technique and enough rolling deformation can make the weld have similar structure and properties as the matrix
