摘要
综述了近年来治疗泪道阻塞的主要方法 ,重点是泪道逆行置管并药液冲洗法。对其所用导管、与导管匹配的置入器具、置入方法、相关的医原性损伤等与临床应用的新进展作了比较性综述 ,并认为应优选标准化专用置入器材与冲洗药夜 ,规范置入方法 。
General methods and new advance on treatment of dacryagogatresia, and emphasis on putting tube into lacrimal passage from down to up direction and washing with medical solution were reviewed in the report. Applied tube, the matching instruments with the tubes, methods, and iatrogenic injury was introduced. To become first choice method it is necessary that methods are chosen optimally and usage of putting instruments and medical solution are standardized.
