摘要
目的 探讨血康糖浆治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法 将 70例缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 42例口服血康糖浆 ,对照组 2 8例口服西药速力菲 ,进行临床疗效观察 ,并检测治疗前后红细胞 (RBC)、血红蛋白 (Hb)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)等。结果 治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为 88.1 0 %和 67.86% ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后患儿Hb、RBC、SF明显升高 ,在Hb升高副值上治疗组与对照组比较有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 血康糖浆通过改善消化、吸收功能促进铁及其他营养物质的吸收 ,在患儿主要症状改善方面显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuekang syrup in treating iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods 70 children with iron deficiency anemia were divided into two groups, 42 cases in treatment group were given oral Xuekang syrup;28 cases in control group were administered with ferrous succinate.The red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HB) and serum ferritin(SF) before and after treatmet were tested.Results The total effective rate was 88.10% in treatment group and 67.86% in control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05);RBC,HB and SF after treatment were notably increased,and there was a significant difference in the ascending accessary value of HBbetween the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Xuekang syrup can improve the digestive and absorptive function to promote the digestion and absorption of iron and other nutritions,which is superior to Sulifei in treating the iron deficiency anemia in children.
