摘要
目的 观察三金二石汤辨证治疗尿路结石的临床疗效。方法 将尿路结石患者 80例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 40例。在常规西药对症处理基础上 ,治疗组 40例辨证使用三金二石汤 ;对照组 40例口服利石素胶囊。 2组均 2周为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 95 .0 % ,对照组为 77.5 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Sanjinershi decoction on urinary stone according to the traditional Chinese differentiation of syndrome and sign.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,in treatment group(n=40),based on the routine treatment of western medicine,Snajinershi decoction was orally given according to the traditional Chinese differentiation of syndrome and sign;in control group(n=40) Shisu capsule was orally taken, with a treatment course of two weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated afeter two courses.Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group and 77.5% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjinershi decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on urinary stone.
