摘要
目的 :探讨利福喷丁对初治涂阳肺结核的疗效。方法 :收集我所门诊 1995～ 2 0 0 0年含利福喷丁短化方案治疗的 82例初治涂阳肺结核患者资料 ,并以同期使用利福平作对照 ,利福喷丁组化疗方案 :2HL1ZS(E) / 4HL1,利福平组化疗方案 2HRZS(E) / 4HR。结果 :利福喷丁组、利福平组第二月痰涂片阴转率分别为 93 9%、86 1% ,满疗程阴转率均为 98 8% ,病灶显效率分别为 6 8 3%、6 7 5 % ,空洞闭合率分别为 80 6 %、78 9% ,药物副作用分别为 :4 9%、2 0 9%。结论 :利福喷丁具有和利福平相仿的疗效 ,但利福喷丁副作用少 ,每周给药一次利于督导 。
Objective:To explore curative effect of Rifapentine on first-time treated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:82 cases of primary smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients which had been treated with Rifapentine in short course were collected from 1995 to 2000 in our institute clinic,and their effects were contrasted with that of the group treated with Rifarmpicin in same period.The chemotherapy regimen of group treated with Rifapentine was 2HL 1ZS(E)/4HL 1.The Chemotherapy regimen of group treated with Rifarmpicin was 2HRZS(E)/4HR.Results:At the end of 2 months,the sputum smear negative conversion rate in group treated with Rifapentine and Rfarmpicin were 93 9%,86 1% respectively,the sputum negative conversion rate of whole period were 98 8%,the foci valid rate were 68 3%,67 5% respectively,cavity closure rate were 80 6%,78 9% respectively,medicine side effect were 4 9%,20 9% respectively.Conclusion:Rifapentine has the same curative effect as Rifarmpicin,but Rifapentine has fewer side effect than Rifarmpicin,taking the medicine once a week benefits supervision,so it is a better medicine at present.
