摘要
目的 :探讨心尖肥厚型心肌病的临床特点。方法 :对 5年来我院收治 8例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :8例患者中 ,胸前导联T波倒置在 0 5～ 1 0mv者 7例 ,胸前导联T波倒置≥ 1 0mv者 1例 ,4例心胸比率 >0 5 ,3例左心房增大 ,2例出现心房纤颤。结论 :胸前导联T波轻度倒置、心胸比率增大。
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Method:The clinical data of 8 patients in our hospital in the past 5 years were retrospectively analysed.Results:It showed the changes of 0 5～1 0mv ST segment depression in the precordial leads in 7 patients,ST segment depression greater than 1 0mv in the precordial leads in 1 patient,cardiothoracic ratio greater than 0 5 in 4 patients,enlarged left atrium in 3 patients,atrial fibrillation in 2 patients.Conclusion:The results indicate that mild ST segment depression,rising cardiothoracic ratio,enlarged left atrium are usual clinical characteristics of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
