低能耗吸粮机将气力输送技术与机械连续输送技术有机结合为一体.其工作原理是:高压离心风机利用负压通过短吸嘴将物料提升.物料在分离室内从空气中分离出来,沉降在倾斜波形挡边皮带上.由该带通过独特的气密通道导出,并完成物料的全部提升工作.含尘空气经除尘器等净化后由风机排出.大臂俯仰,大臂、小臂旋转以保证吸嘴准确取料.本机具有吸粮机清舱彻底,生产率高,船型适应性强的特点,又具有连续散货卸船机能耗低的优点.此外本机噪声小,被输送物料破碎少,粉尘排放少,操作方便,结构新颖等特点.
The low energy pneumatic grant combines the pneumatic convey-ance with continuous mechanical conveyance organically. The working principle is as follows: The high pressure centrifugal fan makes negative pres-sure pass through a short suction nozzle to lift material. The material is se parated from air in the separating chamber and subsides on the inclined walled rubber belt, then the material is discharged by way of special air-proof passage. Finally the task of lifting material is so accomplished. The dusty air is purified by dust collector and is exhausted by the fan. The big arm is of upward cantilever and rotatable, the small arm is also rotatable. So, the material can be caught accurately by the suction nozzle.This machine has not only the characteristics of pneumatic grain plant such as cleaning up cabins perfectly, high productivity, being easy to fit va rious ships but also has the advantage of being continuous to scatter material and unload ships with low energy. Furthermore, this machine has the characteristics such as having low noise,little broken kerned, exhausted dust, convenient operation and novel structure.
