摘要
目的 :探讨钙粘素E(E cad)和γ连接素 (γ cat)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 6 2例膀胱移行细胞癌中E cad和γ cat的表达。结果 :E cad及γ cat的异常表达率分别为72 .6 %和 77.4 % ,其中 5 4例肿瘤组织 (87% )二者同时正常或异常表达 ,二者表达之间具有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。E cad及γ cat在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肿瘤中的异常表达率分别为 33.3% ,70 .6 % ,93.3%和 4 0 0 % ,76 .5 % ,96 .7% ;在Ta~T1、T2 、T3 肿瘤中的异常表达率分别为 2 8.5 % ,71.4 % ,96 .3%和 4 2 .9% ,76 .2 % ,96 .3%。二者的异常表达率在肿瘤的病理分级和临床分期等方面差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :E cad和γ cat的异常表达在膀胱肿瘤的恶性进展过程中起重要作用 ,二者均可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的指标。
Objective: Our aim was to study the expressions and the clinical significance of E cadherin (E cad) and γ catenin (γ cat) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of E cad and γ cat in 62 patients with BTCC. Results: The abnormal expression rates of E cad and γ cat were 72.6% and 77.4%, respectively. Expressinos of E cad and γ cat were concomitantly either normal or abnormal in 87% of tumors. The correlation between E cad and γ cat expression was highly significant (P<0.01). The abnormal expression rates of E cad and γ cat were 33.3%,70.6%,93.3% and 40%,76.5%, 96.7% in G 1,G 2,G 3 of bladder transitional cell carcinoma respectively and were 28.5%,71.4% ,96.3% and 42.9%,76.2%,96.3% in Ta~T 1,T 2,T 3 tumors. Both the gene expressions were related to the tumor grade,clinical stage, and prognosis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aberrant expressions of E cad and γ cat played an important role in the deterioration of BTCC, and could be used as a marker of malignant potential and prognosis of BTCC.
