摘要
用容积式电容器测量不同含水量小麦的电容值时发现,不同含水量的小麦所测得电容值不同;进一步研究发现:不同含水量的小麦电介常数不同.根据这一性质就可利用容积式电容器作为测定小麦水份含量的传感器.在仪器工作时钟信号控制下用容积式电容传感器对小麦进行定期检测,所测结果经数字逻辑电路分析处理后进行闸阀开度的控制,从而达到控制小麦着水量的目的.
When we measure the capacitance of wheats containing various moisture contents with a volume capacitor, we find that the capacitances of the wheats containing different moisture content are different. The further researches demonstrate the permittivities of the wheat mentioned above are not the same. Depending on this principle, the volume capacitor can be used as a transmitter in measuring the wheat moisture content. The wheat moisture content is tested regularly by the volume capacitance transmitter controlled by the signal of the fixed time-clock. And the result of this test can therefore achieve the goal of controlling the water-soaking content of wheat analysed by the digital logic circuit and controlled by the gate valve which is being switched on.
