矿浆电解法处理脆硫锑铅矿的介质体系选择 被引量:10

摘要 通过比较和系统的试验 ,确定矿浆电解法处理脆硫锑铅矿的介质体系。结果表明采用HCl-NH4 Cl体系 ,可实现金属锑的选择性提取 ,在阴极直接得到金属锑板 ,锑的溶出率大于 98%。矿浆电解渣经碳铵转化、脱硫 ,可以得到含铅大于 45 %、含硫小于 15 %的铅精矿和单质硫产品 ,铅的总回收率大于 95 %,银的总回收率大于 80 %。在HCl-NH4Cl介质体系中 。 The medium for jamesonite treatment with Slurry Electrolysis Process is selected by systematic comparison and experiments. While jamesonite is treated in the medium of HCl NH 4Cl, antimony is electrodeposited in cathode directly. The recovery of antimony is above 98%. The lead in residue of Slurry Electrolysis Process is transformed into carbonate from chloride with ammonium carbonate, and grade of Pb is above 45%, S is below 15% in the lead concentrate. The recovery of lead is above 95%, and silver is above 80%. It is applicable to treat jamesonite in the medium of HCl NH 4Cl with Slurry Electrolysis Process.
