Φ400定径机中的轧辊是目前国内生产的最大的空心球铁轧辊。我们采用离心铸造工艺,选择合理的化学成分,严格控制各种工艺参数生产出的合全球铁轧辊,满足了定径机的实用要求,代替了同类进口产品。
The rollers used in the sizing mills are the biggest nodullar iron rollers that can be produced in China at present. We have adopted the centrifug casting technology, chosen the reasonable chemical composition and controlled various technology paramevers strictly, so the alloy nodullor iron roller that we have developed and produced can meet the using demands of the sizing rolls and substitute for the same sort of the import production.
