摘要
目的 :探讨泪道探通术治疗先天性泪囊炎的时机。方法 :对 10 4 4例先天性泪囊炎患儿进行年龄分组 ,分别对每组的泪道探通术的结果进行统计学分析。结果 :6个月以下和 6个月以上的泪道探通术治愈率有显著性差异。结论 :先天性泪囊炎的泪道探通术的适宜年龄应在 2个月～
Objective:To evaluate the proper time for treating congenital dacryocystitis by probing of the lacrimal duct.Methods:1044 patients were divided into 4 groups according to patients'age.The impatent lacrimal duct was dilated with probing after local anesthesia.Antibiotic drops to eye daily for postoperative 2～3 weeks.Results:There were significant difference between patients of <6 months and >6 months.Conclusions:Patient's age at 2 months-6 months old is the proper time for congenital dacryocystitis treated with probing.
