摘要
目的 观察应用泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床效果。方法 对 1 0 44例接受泪道探通术的新生儿泪囊炎患儿的临床资料进行统计分析 ,其中包括患儿的年龄、手术前病程和手术并发症。结果 发病年龄主要在 2个月至 6个月 ;6个月以内者治疗效果较好 ,并发病较少。结论 应用泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎最佳年龄是 2个月至
OBJECTIVE To observe clinical effect of probing of lacrimal passage for treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis.METHODS Clinical data of 1044 babies with neonatal dacryocystitis were analyzed, including age, course of disease, and complications related with operations. RESULTS Most of age arranged from 2 months to 6 months. There was a better therapeutic effect and a few complications when age was less than 6 months. CONCLUSION The age from 2 months to 6 months old are available for treatment of babies with neonatal dacryocystitis.
