含氟硫熟料燃烧过程中石膏的分解特性 被引量:1

The Decomposition Characteristic of Gypsum During Burning Processes of Fluoride-bearing and Sulphur-bearing Cement Clinker

摘要 本文研究了复合矿化剂中石膏在温度与CaF_2的影响下的分解特性,并对熟料进行了物相分析。研究标明,熟料中SO_3含量在5%情况下,在1100~1400℃范围,温度升高,石膏分解率增大;不掺CaF_2,石膏的分解率在6%以下;而T=1400℃,CaF_2掺量为1%时,石膏的分解率为12.12%。 The effect of temperature and CaF_2 on the decomposition characeristic of gyp- sum in combined mineralizer was studied, and the phases of the clinker were analyzed. It was obtained that when SO_3 content in clinker is 5% and temperature is between 1100℃ and 1400℃, the decomposition degree of gypsum increased with the rising of temperature. With- out CaF_2 the decomposition degree of gypsum is less than 6%. But in 1400℃ and with 1% CaF_2, the decomposition degree of gypsum is 12. 22%.
