摘要
目的 :研究梅花鹿免疫细胞活性因子 (SIAF)对组织培养细胞的促增殖活性。方法 :采用MTT比色法测定 SIAF对 FL细胞、L92 9细胞及原代培养的大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞促增殖活性。结果 :SIAF对以上各细胞有显著的促增殖作用。结论
Objective: To study the effect of sika deer immunologic cellular activity factor(SIAF) on the proliferation of the culture cell in vitro. Methods: MTT colorimetric analysis was used to determine the proliferation of FL cell line, L929 cell line and cardiac myocytes of the new born rat in response to SIAF stimulation. Results: SIAF can improve the proliferation of the above cell.Conclusion: SIAF is a growth factor like substance.
