摘要
本文利用南京化工学院近年研制的JL—Ⅱ型粉料停留时间测定仪研究了Krupp立筒预热器、ZAB立筒预热器、F.L.Smidth新型旋风预热器的物料停留时间分布及其特点,探讨了漏风对旋风预热器内物料运动状况及工作特性的影响,取得了令人满意的效果。进一步肯定了该仪器的一系列优点,可供各种粉体处理设备冷模试验使用。
The retention time distribusion (RTD)of raw meal in krupp preheater,ZAB preheater and F. L. Snidth new style cyclone preheater was measured by JL-Ⅱ type RTD measuring instrument,developed by Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology. The influence of air leakage on the working performance of Humboldt cyclone preheater and the motion of raw meal in it were studied. The satisfactory results show many merits of the instrument, which can be used in various cold model test of powder equipments.
